The To perform a comprehensive assessment patients with glaucoma when using various types surgical conservative treatment before 1 month after treatment. Material methods We carried out randomized controlled study which included 229 patients, divided into 2 groups. first group (133 people) received intervention for glaucoma, consisted 6 subgroups. They had following surgeries: sinus trabeculectomy use “Glautex” drainage implant; classical trabeculectomy; implantation made collagen hemostatic foam; transscleral laser cyclocoagulation ciliary body; cataract phacoemulsification in comorbid primary open-angle closed-angle second 96 who treatment; it 4 Patients subgroups 2nd therapy against background local antihypertensive therapy: complex vasoprotectives, vitamins, nootropics hospital setting; neuroprotective form Retinalamin intramuscular injection.
